- In the bathroom there is underfloor heating, heated towel rail, towels and a hairdryer.
- Extra towels are available on request.

Carolyn is flexible on these times however if prior arrangement is made.
Parking: For your convenience you will be provided with an automatic garage door opener so you can come and go as you please and have internal access to the house.
Please park on the left hand side of the garage as you drive in.
Internet/Phone/Fax: Carolyn’s on Parkland has a wireless connection so if you have your PC with you, you can check your email anytime.
Otherwise see Carolyn to use her computer to check your emails.
Phone/fax is also available at an extra charge if being used outside of the local area.
There is an internet café in town (Inter-earth Internet café) Shop 14 Blacksmith Lane.
Spa pool for the use of my guests
Spa Pool: The spa pool is located at the other end of the deck overlooking the farmland and reserve.
Laundry/Drycleaning: Carolyn can provide a full laundry service amd can arrange for your drycleaning to be done by the local drycleaners
Carolyn’s on Parkland is a smoke free environment inside.
BBQ table and chairs, plus lounger for your use.
Meals
Breakfast: Enjoy a delicious complimentary continental breakfast including Carolyn’s homemade muesli, other cereals, preserved fruit, fresh fruit, juice, homemade bread, bagels or muffins with spreads, tea and coffee. Served either in the main living room or in the summer out on the deck. Breakfast is served from 8am unless prior arrangements are made.
Lunch and Dinner: Provided on request. Carolyn’s focus is on cooking with fresh seasonal produce and is renown for creating delicious dishes with homemade sauces, catering for all diets whether it be a hearty steak, seafood, vegetarian or vegan options. Wheat and Gluten free diets can also be catered for. Lunch = $15 Dinner = $30 (includes a main meal and dessert)
Complimentary Snacks: During your stay enjoy Carolyn’s delicious homebaking – cookies/muffins and other sweet treats. Tea and coffee facilities are provided in your room. See Carolyn for a range of herbal teas if that is your preference.
